Lesson 1: How to take steroids

• Find the right stall to shoot up in. That is majorly important. You don't want no peeping toms.
• For beginners find a buddy to spot you. shoot the needle in your ass. Unless you are able to get it in the right angle
• Most importantly, Have Fun!! You are going to be ripped and huge!
